MAY Studios started with a simple frustration: most photographs of the biggest days look like photographs of somebody else's biggest day.

So we shoot differently. We spend time before the camera comes out and stay out of the way once it does. What comes back looks like the people in it: the laugh mid-sentence, the hand on a shoulder, the light going gold at the end of the afternoon.

We're a young studio and we like it that way. Fewer clients, more care, and a standard we're building on purpose.
